Mountain Glen Golf Club is operated by the Avery Development Corporation. It is located just outside of Newland, NC on Hwy 194 toward Elk Park, NC. This facility opened in 1963. The club consists of the 18-hole golf course, club house with large upstairs dinning facility for special events or occasions, proshop, snack bar, driving range, golf shed and putting green.
